01why clinic websites
Websites that earn trust
Choosing a clinic is a high-trust, high-stakes decision. Whether it's physiotherapy, mental health, speech therapy, or specialty medicine, potential patients scrutinize every signal — credentials, team photos, reviews, accessibility. A bad website isn't neutral. It's a reason not to book.
We design clinic websites around credibility: real photography of real practitioners, credentials displayed prominently, service explanations in plain language, online intake that respects privacy, and accessibility-first design so your site works for everyone, including the patients who need you most.
Accessibility First
Built with accessibility in mind — keyboard navigation, screen-reader labels, colour contrast, alt text — because your patients may rely on screen readers, larger text, or a keyboard.
Privacy-Aware Forms
Intake forms built on secure form platforms made for health information, not a plain contact form.
Team-Forward
Credentials, photos, and bios for every practitioner — the trust content patients read before booking.

06FAQ
Web design for clinics FAQ
How much does a clinic website cost?
A fast fixed-price build starts at $2,500 CAD and is usually live in about two weeks. A fully custom clinic site typically runs $3,000–$8,000, and more complex builds for multi-practitioner clinics with advanced booking and intake run $10,000–$25,000. Every quote is fixed before work starts.
Can you integrate with Jane App / Cliniko / SimplePractice?
If your booking system offers online booking, an API or a Zapier connector, we can usually connect the site to it so patients book online and appointments land in your schedule. We'll check yours and confirm before quoting.
How do you handle patient privacy?
Any form that might touch patient information goes through a secure form tool built for health data rather than a plain contact form, the site runs on SSL, and we follow privacy best practices. For more regulated data (EMR integrations), we work with your compliance lead to scope properly.
Is the site accessible for all patients?
Yes. We build every clinic site with accessibility in mind, using WCAG 2.1 AA as the target: keyboard navigation, screen-reader labels, colour contrast and alt text. It's the baseline, not an extra.
Will you write clinical content?
We write marketing copy (homepage, service intros, team bios) and you or a clinical lead reviews every medical claim. We won't publish anything medical that hasn't been practitioner-approved.
