Portfolio · Alberta and Australia

Web design portfolio.

Real client websites across Alberta and Australia — from plumbing and concrete to speech therapy and food processing equipment.

Each one was built for a specific job: get the phone to ring, get the form filled, or get found for the services that actually pay. Click through to the case study to see what the business needed and what we built, or open the live site and judge it yourself.

01Recent work

Live sites for real businesses, not mock-ups.

Each card opens the written case study where there is one, and the live site where there isn't yet.
I am so happy with the website that was created for my business. Dan took the time to understand my vision and brought it to life in a way that feels authentic, professional, and beautifully aligned with my brand. I'm incredibly happy with the final result and have received so many compliments. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a website that genuinely reflects their brand and values.

02How we build

What these builds have in common.

These are different industries with different customers, but the builds share the same handful of decisions. If you are comparing agencies, these are the things worth asking any of them about.
  1. 01

    Built around one action

Every page has a job. For a plumbing company that's a phone call; for a clinic it's a booking. Layouts are arranged around that action instead of burying it under three scrolls of copy.

  2. 02

    Fast on a real phone

Not fast on a desktop with fibre — fast on a mid-range Android on rural Alberta data. That constraint decides the image handling, the fonts, and how much sits on the page.

  3. 03

    Structured to be found

Service pages and service-area pages exist as real pages with real content, so there is something for search engines to rank. A single page listing ten services ranks for none of them.

  4. 04

    Written, not filled

Copy is written for the business rather than dropped in from a template. If a page says a trade does something, that business actually does it.

  5. 05

    Owned by the client

The domain, the hosting, and the files belong to the business. If you ever want to leave, you take the site with you — that is not something you should have to negotiate.

  6. 06

    Maintained after launch

A site that is never updated gets slower and more broken every month. These stay looked after, which is unglamorous and the reason they still work.
