CASE STUDY · CONCRETE RESTORATION
Concure Restoration
Challenge
The challenge
Concure Restoration provides concrete restoration across three distinct market segments: residential property owners, commercial building managers, and industrial facility operators.
Each segment has different use cases — a cracked basement floor, a parking structure needing waterproofing, an industrial slab requiring structural repair. The website needed to serve all three without diluting the brand for any one of them.
Approach
The approach
We organized Concure's site around clear audience categories at the top of every page: Residential, Commercial & Municipal, Industrial. Each category leads to its own fully-developed section with service pages, imagery, and quote paths.
Content tone shifts per section — plain and reassuring for residential owners, spec-forward and outcome-driven for commercial, technical and compliance-focused for industrial. The brand stays consistent; the language meets each buyer where they are.
A universal top-bar CTA keeps the phone number and free-quote option accessible from every page, regardless of which section the visitor is deep into.
Deliverables
What we built
- Three-track site architecture (Residential / Commercial & Municipal / Industrial)
- Category-specific homepages and service pages
- Audience-appropriate tone and imagery per section
- Free-quote CTA persistent across all pages
- Phone-first contact for urgent restoration work
- Responsive design optimized for trades on mobile
- On-page SEO foundation
Outcome
The outcome
Concure now has a website that speaks to each of its three audiences on their own terms. A homeowner searching for basement repair doesn't wade through industrial spec sheets; a facility manager doesn't get distracted by residential content.
The site is structured so every audience segment can be expanded independently — new service pages, new case studies, or new geographic targeting can be added to one track without touching the others.
