Western Concrete Lifters

Western Concrete Lifters serves three very different audiences from the same business: homeowners with sunken driveways, commercial property managers with parking-lot issues, and industrial facility managers with structural slab repair needs.

Each audience has different language, different budget expectations, and different decision timelines. Trying to serve all three from a single undifferentiated homepage forces the prospect to do the sorting themselves — which most won't.

We restructured the entire site around the three audience segments. Residential, Commercial, and Facilities each get their own entry point from the homepage, their own service pages, and their own tone and imagery appropriate to the buyer.

Under each segment, we built out the specific services they offer — new concrete installations, concrete lifting, commercial paving, facility slab repair — as standalone pages that rank individually.

A single quote form picks up the service and property type from the page the visitor came from, so the inquiry arrives already sorted, with photos attached if they add them.

The rebuilt site, launching on weliftconcrete.ca, is built to send every visitor down the right path: homeowners to the residential track, property managers to the commercial track, facility managers to the industrial capabilities.

Each service page targets its own search intent, giving the site multiple ranking surfaces rather than one generic homepage fighting for every query.
